Websites that make your business look as good as your work.

There are two fixed-price plans. Basic is $499 setup + $49/month (up to 3 pages). Professional is $999 setup + $99/month (up to 5 pages with a gallery). Larger sites, online stores, integrations and additional features get a custom quote. Domain name registration, paid tools and plugins, photography and full copywriting cost extra. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include any applicable sales tax.

Standard hosting, an SSL certificate, maintenance and updates, regular backups, checks that your forms are working, and small edits: up to 30 minutes a month on Basic and up to 60 minutes on Professional. Edit time resets each month and doesn’t roll over. Anything larger gets a separate quote for you to approve first.

There’s no online checkout. After we agree on the scope in writing, I invoice the setup fee: 50% to book the project and start work, and 50% when you approve the finished website, before it goes live. Your monthly service starts on the day your website goes live. It is invoiced in advance on that date each month. You can cancel any time by email. Service continues until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and partial months aren’t refunded.

There’s no minimum term. You can cancel any time by email, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period you’ve already paid for. Every project also has a short written agreement setting out the scope and terms.

Yes, in the ways that matter. Your domain is registered in your own name, so it’s always yours, and so is all the content you supply. Once everything is paid in full, you receive transferable copies of the website files you paid for, with a clear explanation of any third-party licensing or hosting limitations (for example, moving the site to your own hosting account).

Support is available during business hours, with replies within two business days. Emergency (out-of-hours or immediate) service isn’t included.

On the Basic plan, you supply the text and images. On the Professional plan, I help organise the content you supply into clear pages. Full copywriting and photography aren’t included in either plan, but can be quoted separately.

Standard hosting is included in your monthly fee. The domain name (your web address) is registered in your name and paid for separately, so it always stays yours. If you don’t have one yet, I can explain the options.

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come together. I’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start, and if you have a launch deadline, tell me in your request.

Yes. Every website is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops.

Often, yes. Depending on how your current site is built, a redesign or targeted improvements may make more sense than starting from scratch. Mention it in your request and I’ll recommend what fits.
